Can I change my subscription?
Please note that direct modifications to existing subscriptions are not possible. However, we offer the following options:
- Cancel your current subscription
- Create a new subscription that better suits your needs
It's important to note that you can maintain multiple active subscriptions simultaneously if desired.
To manage your subscription(s), please follow these steps:
Log in to your account
Navigate to the account menu and select "Manage Subscription"
View your current subscription(s) and select "Cancel" or "New Subscription" as needed
Please be advised that canceling a subscription will result in the forfeiture of any unused rollover credits associated with that particular subscription.
