Are there any restrictions that I should be aware of?

Our service supports the following:


Image formats and resolutions:

  • Formats: PNG and JPEG images
  • Desktop computers max resolution: up to 25 megapixels (e.g. 6250 × 4000 pixels) with HD credits
  • Mobile devices max resolution: up to 9 megapixels (e.g. 3000 × 3000 pixels) with HD credits
  • Previews: Free downloads are limited to 0.5 megapixels (e.g. 500 × 500 pixels)

Browsers compatibility:

  • Safari is the only supported browser for iPhones & iPads
  • Chrome is the only supported browser for Android devices
  • Chrome and Safari are the only supported browsers on desktop computers
  • Safari has the highest level of support, including TIFF files

Other browsers may also support additional image formats and resolutions, but we cannot guarantee their compatibility.
