I'm having problems. What should I do?

Having trouble downloading? Try these quick fixes:

  • Free images: Click 'Download' or right-click/tap-hold and 'Save Image'
  • HD images: Click 'No logo & HD' or right-click/tap-hold and 'Save Image'
  • On iOS: Check Files > iCloud Drive > Downloads or On My iPhone/iPad > Downloads

Trouble logging in? Quick fixes:

  • Try logging out and back in
  • Use the exact email you paid with
  • Reset browser settings to default
  • Disable cookie-blocking extensions
  • Avoid private/incognito mode

You can use the link by email or Gmail account, remember to use the same email you paid with

This will show which account you are logged in

Can't find your login link? Try these:

  • Check spam folder
  • Add login@palette.fm to contacts
  • Search inbox for login@palette.fm
  • Double-check email for typos
  • Paste link into Chrome if it's not your default
  • Try 'Continue with Gmail' as a last resort
You will get an email like this, click on Sing in to palette and will autodirect to your palette account log-in

  • Max resolution: 3000x3000px mobile, 5000x5000px desktop
  • Try desktop for best results
  • Refresh the homepage
